You do know that these are routinely relocated on a daily basis in street reconstruction work? Not saying this will ever happen, but can be done. The problem is relocating the street closer to PMAC as my understanding to accommodate the structure footprint.
Lets see how the new SEZ works out first!

That's not an issue with any possible North End Zone expansion, according to the plans I saw a few years ago.

The plan involved building the east and west side expansion as close to North Stadium Drive as possible, then filling in the center by going up a few stories. Then cantilevering out the rest.

Here's a small scale example of how it would look, similar to the facade on UT's Neyland Stadium...



I'd actually like to see a grander entrance for the team and the band on the North End Zone anyways.
