I remember there being a lady who took naked pictures after she lost hundreds of pounds. She was admirable for her weight loss and gall, but her physical features were absolutely hideous. Not sure what website it was on.
It's amazing what plastic surgeons can do though.

Yeah there was recently a thing in the news about some women losing a bunch of weight and some magazine wanted to feature her. She sent them before and after pics and they had an issue with her after pics because it showed all the loose, flabby skin she still had.
