Despite 247 showing he's from MD, Urquidez actually doesn't live there yet. He played at Copperas Cove which is "central Texas" (it's near Killeen). It's 5A (what will be 6A, the largest classification). He's moving this summer but is making the camp circuit here first.

He went to UTx last weekend (where he was offered) and then attended A&M's camp yesterday (where he was not). A friend from MD ( Shane Simmons) also attended A&M's camp and was offered. Simmons was not offered by LSU today. I believe the two of them are going to camps on the way back to the east coast.

DeMatha Catholic where they (will) go to school is a powerhouse and 3 of the top 10 players in MD go there.
