Did TJ get rid of the Ruth's finally where it's corporate now?

He sold it to his manager at the time, Chris Bachman, a great operator that has continued the great tradition of food and service.

Sullivan's(Texas) and Fleming's(Florida) are both corporately owned, but Leo from Sullis and Larry from Fleming's give both stores a great local feel.

Fleming's Corporate is in California (although owned by OSI)

And I thought Leo moved on to new restaurant in New Orleans?

Ruth Fertel sold her interest in Ruth's Chris years ago prior to her death. Ruth's corporate offices moved out of Louisiana after Katrina. How is that locally owned?

ETA: Someone owning the local franchise doesn't really constitute a "locally owned steakhouse", imo.
