You know that if you with-hold yourself from eating all the things that people say will make you fat, raise your cholesterol, increase cancer, etc, you will either die of hunger or live a poor and miserable life, killing you anyway.
So just be smart, exercise enough, and eat some of the things that make life great.

Part of being "smart" is reading & parsing the countless evidence that the prime driver in the U.S.'s obesity epidemic has been the "low/no-fat" craze.
Cholesterol is absolutely misunderstood in this country and people STILL believe that fat content in the food they eat will be converted to fat in their bodies...when the truth is that dietary fat (animal fat, fat from nuts, etc.) will actually spur your body to efficiently burn the fat you already have stored.
