Funny how people now just accept that BR is inept in so many ways. We should plan ahead, bc the city is incapable of helping out.

Well what is the average BR resident supposed to do though?
I mean, yeah you can bitch about it and bitch and bitch. Maybe try to vote for stuff to help. But if there is still a traffic issue...and you want to still live/travel to BR on a regular basis, what can you do? Plan ahead and not be late. Or say "I'm not gonna give in to this." And then you suffer by being late.
