no, its not even THAT bad, it means the max correctable level of your vision is 20/200

Completely blind in one eye, and his other eye isn't very good either. From what I've read.

I wish him the best- he's overcoming a lot with this. I remember a few years ago there was a guy playing JUCO football with one arm. Pretty sure he was an o-lineman. It's amazing what you can overcome when you really want it and are given the opportunity.
