A lot of peeps have tried to highlight his behavior as a means of shaming him into just doing whats right for the country, yet his master has him stay the course. Coulter knows anything sexual is likely to baloon in the media. So I think she's attempting to shame him as well. Maybe getting a little trashy has more influence with this kim Kardashian culture. She's trying to be relevant, and its not a bad jab she's throwing.
