I suppose I am. Just finished the Power 90 workout which incorporated the Swimmers Press. Completing that has me very motivated to continue and "advance" somewhat with more strength training

Well man, I've worked out for a long time. In my experience basic moves and real good form tend to make all the difference. Not a whole lot of hardware up in your shoulders anyway so sophisticated moves may do more harm than good. Give the Arnold presses a shot. But don't discount a regular shoulder press with strict form.
