NO!

In totality New Orleans blows away any competition for a SB...especially Minneapolis.

They were awarded solely based on the stadium. The NFL is a major whore. At some point cities need to grow a set and tell them to pound sand.

Let's have our 300th anniversary and not mention the NFL the entire year. If they want to have a primetime game and discuss the anniversary, deny their request.

This city helped make the SB and not the other way around.

Everyone here knows Nola's attractiveness has as much to do with the city's total package as it does the stadium itself. It is THE premier location for the Super Bowl in the US IMO.

That said, I do think they are improvements that can be made. The video boards are pretty pitiful and the concourses and amenities could really all use a pretty big makeover. That said, those are absolutely peripheral things that shouldn't deter a bid. But they wouldn't hurt to be improved.

The dome is a great football facility until you sit in the end zone seats and realize you can't even see the end zone that you sit in. Then you realize it sucks as a football stadium. This stadium was built as a duel sports stadium and not really good for either. Time for a new stadium.

No.. Get the new scoreboards and we are good. But too the dude who said the dome is nicer than jerry world... Yeah right. I went to that place for the turkey day game and felt like it was x-mas day when I was 7 years old. It was amazing.
