NFL tables discussion on expanded playoffs

I thought this was for sure going to happen. I don't think adding one more team per conference dilutes things too much. One team per conference gets a bye and three games each on Sat. and Sun. of Wild Card weekend.

Would not mind them going to 7 teams in each conference. This leaves a true advantage to the 1 seed, being the only team with a bye.

It will still be really hard for teams to make the playoffs, and for the NFL it'll just add more revenue.


As far as preseason games go - I wish they'd shorten it to 2, maybe 3 games. I do understand that there is money to be made by having them though.
