No, they are fricking morons. Most get the job because the entry/application tests give extra points to those way less deserving....shocker it is failing and inefficiently run, right?

example: minorities get extra points for not being "white" basically and therefore a less qualified or educated minority of some type, will likely get the job over someone more qualified for the position.

But, fret not, it's only losing a couple billion/qtr.
