PBK probably wont go out of business but good luck having that reputation after being associated with this clusterfalk. Hahah "Hey, PBK... Arent you the guys who fudged up that 60 million dollar football stadium? Yeah, I think we will go with another firm..."

I grew up in Allen. With the recent development, there isn't much distinction between Plano and Allen. Just one big suburb.

You would be surprised though how these issues seem to not affect the GC as much as you would think.
I watched Hardin Const. continue to get major projects both in hard bid and bid list situations after a two year run of bad luck that included:
1. Two workers falling to their deaths down an elevator shaft during construction of Sovereign (high rise in Buckhead)
2. A collapsed parking deck floor in Midtown.(thank goodness nobody died but it crushed some vehicles)
3. Collapse of a pedestrian bridge at the Atlanta Botantical Gardens during construction. It was during a pour and I believe one worker died.
Thought they were done after that one. They seemed to never skip a beat though.
