True, but what about the fluids needed for the machine? Are a lot required?

Most caves don't have electrical outlets. I happen to be team kidney failure myself.
And to the person who said there was no motive to let the attacks happen. Passing the patriot act stripped more of our rights in one swoop, than they could have done with decades of tapering.
