I hated my last job when we got a new GM. I made him fire me because I had a one year severance package with full benefits. Cocksucker offered me a different position or 6 months.
ETA: Didn't read the whole article, sounded like he thinks a degree intitles you, and cried instead of working hard and learning from experienced people he's working under.
