Interesting read with a lot of truth, but overall too whiney.
His argument that resonated the most with me was the section on nepotism. I had a GPA a full point higher than a classmate a few years back (and a better resume). We both applied for the same internship, but his friend's dad was high up in the company. The socially awkward, dumb guy got the job. I'm still a little bitter but I got a job in the end so I don't care too much.
