To add to my edited post above, are we (youth coaches) failing at something when they are kids? I know it seems that few kids long toss much anymore, but I still have my kids do it. Is there a mechanical flaw causing this? Is it overuse? I'm not one of these coaches that just let kids throw 100 pitches in a game. I'd never allow that. Just curious.
