Well, first of all, if you are driving on public roads, you have to abide by the rules of the road.

That means you have to drive the speed limit, you have to have a license plate, you have to have a license, and you have to wear a seat belt.

Not a big deal.

not wearing a seatbelt doesn't affect any other motorists but yourself.

I always wear one but it's a ridiculous law..
