It should be a no-pay, no-play deal, like with insurance. You don't have to wear a seatbelt, but you shouldn't get to recover insurance proceeds or sue the other party if you are injured as a result.

You are most probably to dense to realize that a bs seat belt ticket ia causation enough for him to do just that amount of inpection with your okay. You had better not find out Junior tokes, that will cost you one car when the police take ownership and sell it at auction.

Yeah that makes sense. While we're at it let's regulate what people can eat and drink because of the medical costs associated with obesity
