Didn't they change the law regarding game trades a few years ago so they had to fall in line more with pawn shop regulations?

I found a little over 100 PS2 games at a repo house the other day. All of them in cases and in great shape. I wonder if Target would take them.

They should be able to offer whatever they want as long as they offer in-store credit and not cash.
