My phone provider openly admitted to me that Apple does this sh*t to keep people from switching over to Android. I'd love to know the number of people who had angry bosses or spouses because they couldn't return a text message.

Someone at your phone provider has the intel on Apple's internal decision-making?
Or was it that some customer support person pulled something out of his arse with no evidence to back it up?
