Amen. The less educated are the ones that tend to spread disease and have unplanned pregnancies. Something needs to be done. It really is not hard to not get someone pregnant or avoid an STD.

I don't think the problem is education. Are you telling me these kids, because they're poorly educated, don't know about STDs or how to avoid getting pregnant? You can't fix stupid.
Well, you can, but it would involve genocide.
