Is Nintendo going to do anything about these communication errors?

I went online, spectated an entire race, then raced on Toad's Turnpike, then at the start of the next race was disconnected, now back to spectating another race from the start again.

Ruins the flow of things

They are pretty frustrating, but not a huge deal when in the lobby. One way to tell you're about to get a communication error is if everybody in the group has selected a map but the timer keeps ticking. Save some time by backing out while you still have a chance.

The worst was when I got a communication error during the tournament Wednesday. Was 2 seconds away from finishing and got dropped. Counted as a race and got zero points

I was in the middle of an asskicking in Yoshi's Valley, and was 4 seconds from crossing the finish line. Got dropped.
