Does the cookbook have smothered anything in it? Seems like it was all the same type of gravy IIRC, just brown the chicken and cook it down until it's tender.

Regardless, of what you ordered, what came out always looked exactly the same...all with enough grease to make you contemplate shitting yourself on the way back to your place.
