In fact, the only time you should consider any statement from me (Darth_Vader), as being given as what I consider to be a fact, is when I (Darth_Vader) use the word "fact" when giving a statement. If I (Darth_Vader) give a statement and the word "fact" is absent, the reader should recognize that no statement of "fact" has been given.
