Correct, Mills will start at Safety. But, I dont think i would say Collins is the 3rd DB anymore. I think D Thomas will fill that nickel roll.
Collins was added to the First round of this mock draft at the end of 2012, i think they just forgot to move him back down after getting passed by RR and Tre white.
