They could try to pursue that Green/Wallace trade that was talked about a few weeks ago. Through I would hope they could find a third party to unload Wallace's contract on. The most likely candidates for that, I would assume, are Milwaukee and Philadelphia. They'll both probably commit one more season to tanking before actually trying to win. The financial burden of Wallace's contract wouldn't really affect them until the following off-season. At that point his contract would be an expiring, so it would be much easier to unload him.
