It would be up to the company to report it to the credit agencies and they usually do that once a month at the most. I just think you are dreaming if you think this will get done in 30 days. I say close on the house and then refi later when it gets cleaned up.

That's the plan if this fails. just sucks I'll have to pay closing costs again.
