Yeah, that's why I noted he was good. But he was not elite. Not even close. Matt Schaub is a 2-time pro bowler at this point.. Do you see him becoming elite in Oakland?? No way.
Payton is one of the best offensive minds in the league. He will find a way to turn another QB into a viable guy.
Cliff note.. I am aware BB is a defensive coach but IMO he is the greatest coach of all time and he knows football. He knows what he has to do to get all he can from a guy. Brady wouldn't have fallen to 199 if he had shown any flashes of a HOFer in college. He was molded from a nobody to become what he is.
