Being realistic though:
If CSP is still here I'm not worried about the QB position. I mean.. I'm worried, but I don't see us reverting Into the Jaguars or something.
I'm a guy who credits coaches more than QBs for said QBs success. I think BB created Brady. Payton created Brees. Etc
Obviously Brees was good in his last few seasons with SD before he came over here but he wasn't a HOFer like he is right now. He's a top 10 QB all time right now. And he owes a lot of that to Sean Payton. He turned a good QB into an elite QB. he can do it again. I'm sure of it.

Does BB get blamed for Bledsoe than? Because he was 5-13 before Brady came in. Also, he's a defensive coach.

He was in the Pro Bowl in 2004 and declined in 2005 because of his injury.
Not saying that Payton hasn't helped, because he has, but Shanahan was an offensive coach and he had issues after Elway. So it's not a given.
