Well, to the masses who know nothing about the combine and measurables, the 7th round selection does seem ridiculous for the reigning SEC Defensive Player of the Year. (I think I saw somewhere the last 5 or so didn't make it past the 17th pick in the draft) You have to admit that.

No, I don't.
1. He was not Def Player of the Year. He was "Co-Def player of the year in the SEC".
2. He only played 60% of Missouri's Def. downs because he can't run tackle. He's a pass rusher.
3. He is by every measurable too small to play DE in the NFL.
4. He is too slow to be converted to outside LB (like Barkevious Mingo).

Way to take my comments out of context, Zach. I agreed he was a 5th round to undrafted prospect.

:spank:

1. Defensive POTY vs. Co-Defensive POTY, who gives a shite about this distinction? His co-defensive POTY was drafted in the first round.

2. Once again, who besides draftniks and serious football fans know this?

3. That is exactly what I said in my post.

4. That is exactly what I said in my post.

Ah, so you have reading problems. POTY is NATIONAL. On a national level Sam was no where in sight. He was CO in his Conference. There are many conferences out there, Truck.

Me. And I never watch the draft. It's boring.
