i apologize if i am misunderstanding your reply.
I am not referring to coverage or insurance.
I am saying that if the average american can not afford to pay out of pocket for what the average american requires/receives in health care benefits then the whole system is bound to fail one way or the other.
Affordable to me would be 15-20% of the income of the "average american".
