What mounting system are you currently using on roofs? RT-E?

Like I said, I'm not an installer. Solar panels I have were mounted with Quick Mount for asphalt shingles and Iron Ridge (anodized aluminum) for the racking. Stainless steel hurricane rated bolts. I looked up that RT-E as I never heard of it and it doesn't look as good as Quick Mount. Plus, you'll have to do way more penetrations in the roof by the looks of it. It's all about going into the rafters only and not every single one. I want less holes in my roof

The guy I usually work with was discussing the better load distribution using the RT-E mounts.

I like more of a pole/tracker design than roof mounting myself. Boosts output and easier for any maintenance.
