Man I just don't know if that discipline makes sense. So what are you telling the kids who bust their arse and do everything right? "Don't work that hard kids, because even if you do your life may still suck at the end. Just glide and hope you get lucky" I am obviously being a little sarcastic but you get my point

No, it's teaching them that you hold everyone accountable. I get that it is an individual sport, but they were going for a team championship and they failed each other.
