Those clubs became powers in a very very different world and today they have revenue streams that dwarf most other clubs. After a decade of spending their way into that group, Chelsea is just now starting to enjoy the same thing. A club today would not be allowed to join the club though because of these new rules.
You already knew all of this though, you're just being intellectually dishonest.
Um City has been doing it since 2008 and got away with it no problem except the last two years. Them and PSG had plenty of time to catch up.

bullshite. FFP means less completion for ManU, pure and simple.
We all play by the same rules. Sponsorship deals, players bought and sold, tickets and euro competitions.

Leeds' issue was debt driven, which nobody has a problem with making rules to prevent. Continuing to hide behind this flawed example shows just how full of shite you are.
They went in debt b/c of crazy spending spree

I'm not worried about City or PSG, I'm worried about future competition being stifled.

Leeds added debt to the club by financing transfer fees over multiple years and other such tactics. Man City is not doing any of that kind of stuff.
