My grandmother got it at 90 and passed away at 94, it was tough but not THAT bad! She was still her funny arse self but she just didn't remember some things. One example was my mom sold her car when she was in her late 80s and once she got dementia she would be pissed at me for a few minutes every time I saw her because she was convinced I stole her car and sold it!
