Man's got the right to free speech. He didn't even use the n-word. He wasn't barring the door - he just didn't want the GF to bring AA folks to the games. It's ignorant and small-minded, but IMHO it did not warrant wall-to-wall media coverage, 7-figure fine and lifetime banishment.

This isn't a freedom of speech matter. The government isn't involved in this.

The dude said some things his boss really didn't like, and he is getting fired as a result.
