Cheap fix for leveling: wait until it's pretty dry (5 or 6 days with no rain) drag about 6 feet of chain link fence around witha four wheeler. You can throw some cinder blocks on it for weight and to remove grass if there's not much there. Once you're down to just dirt, you can remove the cinder blocks and just drag the fence. It will be leveled in no time.
We used to get the softball fields ready this way every year. They have all dirt infields.
