Them not keeping their word caused you hassle and aggravation, right?

I'd politely let them know that not keeping their word wasted your time and caused undue aggravation, and then ask them if they're willing to make up for it (reduce the price).

Upon them making good, you'll buy the boat and THEN you'll take down the Facebook post once the deal is done. (burn me once shame on you...twice...shame on me)
