Mid 90's. February. Toledo bend Pro-am. Boat gets on top of tree. Pro and I are rocking the boat to troll off it. I get too wide and left foot hits the gel-coat. Straight in the water. It was so cold and wet that day that I had never taken my Gore-tex off. Thank God.

I was asked questions on the podium because I was high am that day and I could barely talk.
