Well I agree with your premise, but I think 2 months is a pretty short amount of time to take a house. Hell, the electric company gives you more than two months before they shut off your power (the first time anyway).

And that's one of the reasons that your power bill is so damn high. You pay for the thousands upon thousands of bills that are never paid.
