Get a six gallon tank with high octane good gas maybe put some seafoam in it too and try it out if it runs fine and you are hitting rpms you know it is in your fuel lines, if it does the same shite u know it is not.
If it does the same shite, maybe something electrical like stattor, fuel pump switch powerpack etc.
I had one do this a few years back and it was just bad gas, once I burned tank off it was fine.
