Thoughts on the Teen Titans tv show?

Did it stay true to the comics? Did it pisses people off that they made it into a Cartoon Network show? I personally loved it when it was on. (I just turned 22 for reference) I never read the comics though and didn't have any prior knowledge.

Are we talking the original or the new one (Teen Titans: Go)?
The original was freaking sweet.

The comics are pretty dark, especially the new run, but the show was pretty good. I always liked it. I'd say Young Justice's tone is closer to Teen Titan's current comic run.

The original was pretty damn good. The new one however, sucks arse.
