The biggest issue is that he sets appointments or makes a new contact on his phone or outlook and it doesn't sync with the other.

easier with an android. just add all 3 accounts on the phone and tell google to merge the calendars into one.

eta and he needs to move to a single email for all contacts. doesnt matter which, but for his sanity; unless he wants to keep personal and work contacts separate...just move them all to one account and delete them completely from the others.

i know this firsthand..i used to keep all my contacts in my WORK EXCHANGE account and finally just moved them to my gmail account and my complexity dropped dramatically.

plus i don't want to worry about not being able to keep my contacts should i ever leave this job.

always better to keep it on a personal email (iMail, gmail, live, whatever). a little messy at first, but you can walk him through it.

if you do it right, you'll only do this once.
