I just bought a Toro Timecutter. 50 inch cut, welded deck, 23 hp kawasaki. I checked out the hustler raptor but when cutting with it, it blows discharged grass and dust up from the front of the mower getting all over you. The new JD's have the new Briggs and Stratton engines which are garbage. Nothing like the old B & S engines. If you have the money, Scag or Exmark is the way to go, but i know i cant justify 5-8k for my 3/4 acre yard. I paid 3k for this mower brand new and i cut my yard in about 25-30 minutes. I say Toro Timecutter FTW
