Bull shite. The CP councilmen from the unincorporated areas of the parish KNOW the budget treats their constituents fairly.
That's why not a single one of them, including Mayor Pro-Tem Chandler Loupe whose entire district is St George, made ZERO comments on the budget when it was voted on last December.
