So the traffic camera has been shut down already??
I think it is Ok to turn right on RED at the intersection between Earhart and carrollton without fully stop. But I saw many people just did this ...and there is no flashing at all!! Also, I saw many people passing the redlight...and the camera wasn't flashing as they were sleeping...

I don't right on red there, but I speed all of the time. Probably gotten 20 tickets from that intersection
