My egg whites go directly into the blender for pisco sours. I really think this lifehack is only good in some instances.
On another note, not a life hack, but after seeing the water in the microwave with pizza I felt it was appropriate. Next time you are re-heating pizza, instead of using the microwave, put a little olive oil on a pan at medium and then put the pizza crust side down for a couple minutes and then flip and repeat. It tastes better than fresh pizza. No joke.

i'm not sure i understand. 'flip it' meaning turn it over so the cheese is on the bottom? you do this on a stove?

The gf just did this for me recently. Turned out very well.
