I'm confused. You crack the egg and then use the bottle to suck the yolk into the empty bottle? And then you wash the bottle so you can recycle it? How is that easier than using the shells? It literally takes 5 seconds to crack the egg and let the white out while keeping the yolk inside. I do it all the time when making pisco sours. It would take more time to use the bottle methinks. You would have to crack the egg into a separate container, suck up each yolk and discard them individually. Then you have to clean the bottle and the extra bowl you cracked the eggs into. Seems like a life-screwer-upper to me

Yes, right there on the door beneath the eggs.

Even if I had to walk to the pantry and grab another bottle, it still saves time over pouring an egg yolk back and forth over the shells, then removing pieces of shell from the bowl.

But then again, I've done it both ways and you have not, so I'm sure I'm wrong.

Maybe I am missing the benefit, but how is this better than chip clips? I am more likely to have chip clips around or on the fridge than I am to have store type hangers laying around.

Crack egg into bowl, grab water bottle to suck yolk out, repeat. Put bottle in dishwasher and when clean, put back in the fridge.

And you think I don't know how to get an egg white by using the shells?

What extra bowl? Entire egg goes into bowl, whole yolk comes out with no shells.

Whatever your egg whites were going to go in after tossing the yolk in the shell is what they are in now.

You tube that shite:

It's pretty obvious you suck at all things related to eggs. So shut up.

In this scenario, I will have had to save the hangers my clothes were on in the store for some reason, then break them.

meanwhile, you fatties over here can't find room for an empty water bottle in your fridge because it's filled with syrup and ranch dressing and it takes you 20 minutes to make an egg white omelette sprinkled with egg shells

Why do you keep empty water bottles in your fridge? Am I the only one who thinks that is odd? What are you trying to keep cool? Seems like a waste of fridge space to me.

because I make egg whites a couple times a week and it saves me time.

I could keep it on the counter next to the fridge or in the cabinet next to the sink, but it isn't like a 2" diameter water bottle makes a difference in my fridge organization

It saves you from having to buy a chip clip, assuming that you do happen to just have one of those hangars around. It allows you to make something useful out of something that otherwise would have just been trash.

It's not better. I just never use those type of hangers, and have hacksawed all of the those clips off. I use those clips for chips, cereal, rice, crackers, etc. I probably have 15-20 of those clips in the pantry. I just think it's stupid to pay for chip clips, when you can get the same thing free of charge.

I guess do whatever works for you. It just seems like a pretty eccentric way to go about things to me.
