I don't think that is it. I looked it up last night. There is nothing in the script, and at least the second half was "...tell him the truth" or something like that.

Really enjoyed this movie. Their is a bit of a division of opinion on it but for me it worked.

Thank you! Last question...for everyone- I know nothing about Japanese culture. What in the hell were those toy guns they were shot at with by the bartenders when the Japanese friends got rowdy???

I haven't seen it yet either but it's been in my Netflix queue forever...maybe I should finally tackle it this weekend.

Very good movie if you can enjoy something that is laid back. I love Bill Murray and Scarlett Johansson was perfect for her role.

One of my favorite movies. I can also understand why somebody wouldn't like it. You have to live this movie in one point or another to really get it. It's one of the few films I would describe as perfect.
I came into this thread to post this exact same thing. It's the only film in my top 5 that I can't recommend to just about everybody. Been in the situation a few times where I had moved to a new place where I didn't really know anyone. this movie helped me through that feeling of isolation.

Someone that is 19 is going to have a totally different reaction to the film than when you are 30.
It is a beautiful film. I love it.

Love it too. Like when Bill Murray plays a serious part, The Razors Edge is an old one he did that is great.

It's a must watch for any movie lover.
I've watched it more than a few times and it's still great I think.

One of the best parts is when he is in the hospital waiting room talking to the old guy and mimicking what he is doing. The ladies in the back were cracking up laughing during that scene. It had to have been adlibed.

Watched this movie on Netflix cause of this thread, found it boring. I think I travel for work too much and this just felt like a work trip. I should of gotten paid and got some per diem to see this movie. It couldn't keep my focus at all.

One of my favorite movies in recent years. I think it may resonate a little more with a male moviegoer who is a little older for obvious reasons.
But, in any event, it's one of those that I'll re-watch when I come across it.
